 Those interested in taking an active part in the organisation's actions can join its working parties, which deal with several areas: Human Rights, Sensibilisation, Development Education, Communication and Documentation. These parties work closely with each other.
The goal is for each person to contribute -always depending on his or her capacities and possibilities- an added value to the project we are trying to develop, in order to change values and attitudes as well as promote critical, constructive thinking in our local environment.
To achieve that goal, the organisation has an annual work plan which includes the following: training, the chance to see the reality of the countries where we cooperate, and the development of team work, where volunteers have a fundamental role.
