We support and strengthen the organisational and negotiation capacities of rural and urban women's groups. Since they are the most vulnerable sector of population, we give priority to women, reinforcing their organisational structures, consolidating their areas of participation and decision in the family and community circles and helping them create their own businesses.
We encourage the generation of income and savings for food sovereignty, from the improvement of the productivity conditions of families in rural areas by means of farming and marketing activities, to the reduction of intermediaries in order to access essential goods in poor city neighbourhoods.
Popular Education: By means of boards we help social groups in citizens' participation processes within the community. The goal is to favour and facilitate the strategic view of the groups so that they can achieve their social objectives, exchange experiences and systematise them, as well as to create and promote provision methodologies.
We work with families, men's and women's groups to apply the institutional policies on Gender in Development. The aim is to put women on a level with men in the areas of information and decision-taking, as well as to give them access to and control of the resources, from family and community groups to local partner organisations.
